  • This comfortable studio, located right in the heart of Lyon, is extremely quiet because it overlooks a pleasant inner courtyard. It is on the first floor of a beautiful historic building.

    The studio features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, where you can enjoy your meals.
    Thanks to the apartment’s high ceilings, the kitchen is topped by a loft with a single bed.
    The studio also features a bedroom with a double bed and a loft with a single bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The mezzanines are accessible via a staggered staircase and a retractable ladder. Not suitable for everyone.

    The apartment is functional, and you’ll be able to store all your belongings thanks to the numerous closets it features.
    It’s located right in the heart of Lyon (Part-Dieu), very close to public transportation, whether it’s the metro or the tram.
    Children are welcome, and they’ll undoubtedly love sleeping on the mezzanine.

My Visit to Lyon

Hubert is quiet, but upon meeting him he was friendly and he had everything at the apartment prepared perfectly! The property is roomy for 1 and could easily sleep 4 with the two lofts. The space was very clean, and the location was good to get to Vieux Lyon in about 20 minutes. Thank you for having me!

Decent value for the price but had issues like the kitchen faucet wld not work for cold water and there was a serious toe stubbing hazard in the very tiny bed alcove. Wld be much more welcoming with a few lamps. Quiet neighborhood but a little farther of a walk from the train station (15 min) and the centre (30 min) than indicated.

Logement pratique, bien équipé et agencé de façon astucieuse. Contact très efficace et précis avec l'hôte pour les modalités pratiques. En revanche, si vous cherchez un logement ou un quartier qui brillent par leur charme, ce n'est pas le lieu. Rez-de-chaussée propre mais avec un fond d'humidité, relativement exigu, et une unique fenêtre donnant sur les poubelles de l'immeuble dans la cour

Appartement cozy très propre tout équipé a proximité des transports pour se rendre en ville avec même la possibilité de tout faire à pieds. Commerces à proximité. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous le relouerons sans problème je recommande. Hubert notre hôte est disponible rapidement par mail ce qui est également un atout en cas de problème merci beaucoup.

Alles vorhanden was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt, ruhige und sichere Gegend, gute Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist recht klein und alles etwas abgewohnt, aber wir waren in der Stadt unterwegs und nur zum Schlafen und Frühstücken reicht es völlig.

très bon séjour

Logement très propre, bon couchage ,cuisine pratique . Très bien situé , 2 boulangeries 300m environ 2 supérettes 20mn à pieds de Part Dieu . Nous avons tout fait à pieds . Très belle ville (vieux Lyon , Croix Rousse , presqu'ile )nous avons passé un super séjour sous le soleil .

Super séjour au calme

Petit logement conforme au descripitif de l'annonce, bien conçu dans un petit espace fonctionnel, situé au calme et proche de toutes commodités, idéal pour un court séjour pour 4 personnes (dont 2 ados qui aiment grimper dans les mezzanines !). Les transports sont à proximité, mais la visite de la ville est réalisable à pieds, si vous aimez marcher, le centre-ville est à environ 20 min. Le contact avec le propiétaire est très facile et réactif. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la belle de Lyon, nous reviendrons !!

Ce n'était pas des vacances mais tout a été fait pour que nous soyons bien. Le quartier est tranquille et toit est facilement accessible
