Tive uma boa estadia no Ibis, hotel bem padrão e que cumpre com o objetivo. Gostaria de fazer uma observação sobre o secador de cabelo do meu quarto, ele não estava funcionando.

Quarto limpo, porém o banheiro nem tanto (limpa entre os azulejos do box); Café da manhã impecável; Wi-Fi top (sinal legal e velocidade tbm; Funcionalidade, no meu quarto, tinha um ar condicionado da Samsung com um controle remoto de outra marca, que não controlava o mesmo. Deixei o controle da na recepção quando eu fui sair pra dar um volta e avisei do problema, quando eu retornei me entregaram o mesmo controle remoto aviando que haviam resolvido. Subi e não resolveu nada, conclusão o ar estava ligagado em temperatura e um vento que eu não sei, eu, me esposa (grávida) e minha filha de 8 anos passamos calor a noite.

Gostei do hotel, mas o atendimento da funcionaria Ester, deixou a desejar, houve um episodio em q meu filho entrou no elevador e despencou 2 andares, aoapertarem o sinal de emergencia , ngm atendeu, e qdo fomos relatar pra atendente, duvidou , falando q e normal..ao fechar a conta pedimos pra esperar os outros 2 quartos pra pagar os adicionais tudo junto... Ai fez cara feia e falou, "Haja paciencia".. Muito desagradavel... Os qiartos com cheiro de mofo, e meio velhps...

O pior Íbis que eu já me hospedei.

Quartos apertadíssimos, serviços super limitados, elevadores que demoram eternidade, atendimento, conservação e qualidade em geral muito abaixo até mesmo do padrão Íbis. Estacionamento uma fortuna para diária (quase uma diária de aeroporto). Tive que procurar outro hotel às pressas para não estragar a viagem da minha família. Não recomendo e n

Pontos negativos: * Quarto com cheiro de mofo, tive que mudar de quarto, e mesmo mudando não adiantou muito. * Box vazando água e inundando o banheiro. * TV do quarto que mudei não era smart tv. * Café da manhã não tem muita variedade * Todas as tomadas são 220, precisa pegar um mini transformador na recepção se você quiser usar algo em outra voltagem * Quarto bem pequeno com iluminação ruim * Quarto sem isolamento acústico, é possível ouvir os quartos ao lado Positivos: *Funcionários muito solicitos e educados. *Espelho do banheiro grande e bem iluminado. *Bom secador de cabelo
