A experiência foi muito boa! O pessoal do hotel é super gentil e solícito. O café da manhã é ótimo e a localização realmente é excelente. Eu passei uma semana, então achei que a limpeza acabou deixando a desejar um pouco, mas para viagens rápidas tenho certeza que isso não seria nem visto. Recomendo!

Hotel muito bem localizado, com café da manhã excelente e funcionários super atenciosos. Só uma dica, evite ficarm nos quartos com janela para rua (principalmente no térreo), pois aos finais de semana te um posto em frete ao hotel e de madrugada ficam escutando música alta (o hotel não tem culpa), porém as janelas não tem vedação de barulhos externos, o que pode atrapalhar seu sono.

A equipe do hotel super receptica, o rapaz que fica na recepção Heron, muito atencioso, pegou nossas malas nos ajudou a subir as escadas, o pessoal do café bem solícito, a tapioca uma delícia, nao tivemos nehum problema, auper recomendo para qjem naos e impirta com luxos e procura um lugar simples e limpinho lá é o lugar.

Muito agradável o atendimento dos funcionários.

Acho que o hotel poderia acrescentar alguns acessórios no banheiro como toalhas de rosto (mãos) e toca para o cabelo. No café da manhã frutas de temporada como cajú, pinha, entre outros.

Virada De ano péssimo!

Pior experiência de todas! - café da manhã muito fraco (além disso, fiquei no quarto 19 onde tem um buraco na frente do quarto e as 05:30h você escuta tudo da cozinha). E o pior foi ligar na recepção e a pessoa falar: “chegou carne, aí o barulho é assim mesmo!” Peraí né? Desde quando liquidificador e conversas fiadas tem haver com carne? - cama: péssima! São duas de solteiros juntas com os colchões velhos!! - limpeza: péssima! Tinha barata no banheiro! - Hotel com contenção de toalhas. Pedi toalha de rosto e me deram de banho. - conversas no corredor de hóspedes. - falta manutenção de tudo!! Resumo: não indico!!! E acho que não vale a nota que tem aqui!! Pq é muito ruim mesmo!! Péssima experiência!

O hotel é simples, mas bem agradável. Os funcionários são muito cordiais! A limpeza também ganha nota 10. O quarto era bem espaçoso e confortável. No entanto, a acústica do quarto não é tão satisfatória, sendo que se ouve o que se passa no corredor e também na avenida do hotel, que é uma avenida movimentada. O café-da-manhã poderia se estender mais aos fins de semana (finaliza as 09:30 h). Não gostei tanto das comidas oferecidas, mas não sei se seria pelo fato de que chegava já ao final. Ovo com muita manteiga, alguns pães duros, presunto de baixa qualidade.

Atendimento de toda equipe do hotel, do conforto e atenção dos funcionários, a comodidade de tudo estar perto, pra quem curte barzinhos, pub club, casas de show, baladas, pizzarias, tudo muito perto, além de oferecerem os melhores passeios, o café da manhã é excelente, tudo muito bem organizado e pontual, a limpeza da piscina me impressionou, pois quase todos os dias estava limpa e apropriada pra banho, não é a toa que o hotel estava com 100% da sua capacidade de hospedes. Eu só tenho a agradecer a todos que me atenderam com muito carinho e atenção. E ao expedia por ter grandes hotéis como esse, que apesar de ser uma categoria simples, mas é excelência, em todos os pontos positivos.

Custo benefício é ótimo

Hotel próximo de muitos estabelecimentos, quarto e banheiro espaçosos, café da manhã bom e ainda servem tapiocas. Piscina não usamos pois era pequena, mas é legal para crianças ou até mesmo para quem só quer está dentro. Ótimo atendimento! Andando é mais ou menos 18 minutos da praia de Pajuçara, e mais ou menos uns 10 minutos da praia de Jatiúca.

Fiquei no quarto quadruplo ele e grande, arejado, limpo. Café da manha otimo. Otima localizacao, um pouco de barulho por ser numa avenida movimentada, funcionarios atenciosos.
