Hotel nota mil,colaboradores super atenciosos e prestativos, local maravilhoso, em frente a feirinha de artesanato e do mar. Por trás do hotel fica supermercado e também pequenos restaurantes com refeições no precinho,mas para quem quer gastar mais na orla tem diversos restaurantes com alimentações sofisticadas e quiosques que vendem todo tipo de tapioca e lanches em geral. A limpeza do quarto é feita todos os dias,trocam as toalhas de banho e de rosto,achei isso maravilhoso,pois tem hotel que só trocam a cada 3 dias ou mediante pedido. É tudo muito limpo e organizado, desde os quartos, corredores, local do café, piscina... enfim tudo perfeito. O Café, simplesmente sensacional, tudo delicioso e variado. Fica uma dica para que ler meu comentário, só vão e aproveitem o máximo.

Excelente localização

A localização do hotel é bem em frente à feira de artesanato, por isso tem sempre barulho vindo da rua. Demos azar porque o quarto ao lado estava em reforma, e criou muita poeira no nosso quarto. A cama poderia ser mais firme também. Vale pela localização e pelo preço.

Dessa vez foi uma viajem mas longa. Porém não tão agradável ,acho que tinha uma obra o barulho parecia ser dentro do quarto. Reclamados fomos para outro quarto.que não tinha conforto nenhum.

A hospedagem e estadia foram muito abaixo do esperado em razão de vários fatores. Começando pelas acomodações, tivemos problemas com goteiras em razão de chuvas e ambiente com muito mofo. Mas o fator principal foi ter pertences pessoais (joias), carteira com documentos e dinheiro sumidos da mala, porém só foram percebidos após retorno para casa. E mesmo entrando em contato com o Hotel nada foi feito. Simplesmente informaram que após conversarem com as camareiras, as mesmas informaram que não haviam encontrado nada caído pelo chão do quarto. Por obvio, jamais os funcionários iriam dizer aos seus superiores que haviam visto ou mesmo mexido nos pertences dos hospedes. Questionamos sobre as gravações de entrada e saída no quarto, mas também não ofereceram nenhuma oportunidade de verificação. A situação foi muito constrangedora e em nenhum momento houve possibilidade de chegarmos num meio termo para evitar o prejuízo. Um descaso por completo com os hóspedes. Infelizmente o que pra ter sido uma celebração em lua de mel, se transformou numa frustração e indignação sem precedentes. Não indico esse local pra ninguém pela falta de respeito e descaso.

A equipe incrivelmente cordial, solicita e prestativa. O hotel tem uma localização maravilhosa. Única coisa que não condiz nem um pouco com as fotos e que influenciou minha escolha foi o parquinho mencionado, que quando cheguei não era nem de perto parecido e até perigoso.
