Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Tivemos uma péssima experiência durante a estadia, principalmente pela demora absurda na liberação do check-in. Ficamos 2 horas aguardando na recepção até que pudéssemos entrar no apartamento. Para piorar, após a liberação, tivemos problemas com a fechadura do apartamento, que quebrou, além dos elevadores do prédio, que não comportam adequadamente o fluxo de hóspedes. Infelizmente, toda essa situação comprometeu nossa experiência e o descanso que esperávamos ter durante a viagem. Não recomendamos esse condomínio para quem busca tranquilidade, descanso ou férias em família. Esperávamos muito mais organização e estrutura.

A localização é boa , fica próximo a um shopping, no predio tem restaurante, lavanderia, a piscina é pequena e não oferece nada além da vista, o apartamento é pequeno porém continha o básico (fogão de 2 boca, liquidificador, geladeira, microondas 3 panelas 4 pratos 4 xícaras)ferro, tábua de passar, toalha, lençol, ar condicionado e uma televisão que ficava apagando. Um incidente com a nossa vaga de garagem, no primeiro dia após o check in, fomos ao shopping e quando retornamos tinha outro carro na vaga e ficou até o outro dia às 10hs
