Excelente custo-benefício. Bem próximo ao Marco dos Corais, restaurantes e as praias, dando pra fazer todo percurso a pé mesmo. Café da manhã bem completo e equipe de funcionários muito bem preparada.

Sem dúvidas a equipe de funcionários do hotel é o diferencial, muito simpáticos, acolhedores, desde a recepção até a limpeza eles são dispostos a auxiliar a todo momento, destaque para o supervisor da recepção que teve que virar a noite no dia 17/11/25 (não me recordo o nome), o hóspede consegue perceber o quanto os funcionários gostam do trabalho que fazem! O café da manhã tem várias opções e com tapiocas feitas na hora. Único ponto negativo foi a acústica dos quartos.

Apesar de ser um hotel enorme e de alta rotatividade, o mesmo atende as necessidades dos hóspedes que procuram um bom custo benefício. Cama boa, quarto limpo e confortáve, ótimo chuveiro. O café da manhã é farto e a localização maravilhosa.

O quarto estava com os espelhos sujos. Não tinha uma lixeira no quarto além da que estava no banheiro. O café da manhã não tinha muitas variedades de comida, mas as que tinha eram saborosas. Os elevadores estavam quebrando o tempo todo.

Hotel não tem uma boa acústica nos quartos. Escutamos tudo que se passa nos corredores e quartos vizinhos. Dificuldade é dormir - fiquei no apto 719, onde a ducha higiênica estava quebrada. Detalhe que a pia fica fora do banheiro e dentro do quarto.

Quanto a limpeza excelente e a simpatia dos funcionários é o maior detalhe , sorridentes, carinhosos, atenciosos, eficientes, tudo de bom em materia de serviços e atendimento, deixam o ambiente familiar, gostoso de se hospedar, o ponto forte deste hotel, quanto aos demas quesitos atendem a relação custo beneficio sendo a localização muito boa também.

Com relação aos quartos tem muita infiltração nas paredes, as toalhas estão muito desgastadas e manchadas.

Ótima opção em Ponta Verde
Quarto muito bom, limpo (exceto o cheiro de fossa que sai pelo ralo do banheiro), vista pro mar é ampla e bonita (fiquei no 9° andar). Café da manhã é servido a partir das 5h30, tem variedades e o destaque vai pra tapioca da Adriana, muito simpática! A localização é ótima, perto da praia, comércio, bons restaurantes, de tudo!
