"We had a nice visit in this beautiful farm house in a beautiful setting. The host communicated all the necessary details ahead of time. The house was clean and spacious with a well stocked kitchen. There were bikes available for the kids to use in the barn and a wonderful dirt road that served as a long, quiet trail for a walk/bike. We were able to see a seal from the picnic table that is down by the water's edge! WiFi in the house worked great and there are dozens of books and DVDs to choose...

"Maine is our favorite place to be. This property was great. Tons of shade, a beautiful lake, dock, fire pit.. we had a blast. Even swam in a rainstorm and it was beautiful!! We visited Eastport and fell in love with a small little fishing town. Jasper beach was BEAUTIFUL even in the fog, such a special place. A week of serenity and relaxation, Thank you Katie for offering your property to guests!!"

"We loved stargazing from the deck - amazing night sky (especially with binoculars)! The cabin was very comfortable and had adequate supplies for cooking basic meals. The location is VERY remote, which we frequently look for. A mid-point for exploring both Acadia/Bar Harbor and the Bold Coast - Quoddy Head, Lubec, Western Head Preserve and East Port."

"This was the first time visiting Maine for half of our group. Everything was great. The host had sent plenty of information about the property and things to do in the Downeast area before we arrived. The place was very clean and neat when we got there. The amenities were great (everything we needed). The house had plenty of room for our group (10 people) and was very comfortable.. The firepit and decks were great for time to relax with family. The views from the house and decks were phenominal. Everyone loved the ability to walk the beach and watch the clammers. It was a convenient location as a base when exploring the Downeast area ( Lubec, Bar Harbor, Acadia National Park local lobstering villages, etc.). Definitely reccomend this property and would stay here again. Thank you Jenny for providing such a great place and Sabrina for your help while we were there."
