“We loved our stay at this property! Super relaxing and had everything we needed. Kayaking and spending time on the lake was the best part. It made being an hour from Acadia and Bar Harbor more than worth it. Shasta was a great host and extremely accommodating. I will definitely be back!”

“It’s name says it all. A perfectly sized, literal “bed room” in the middle of the woods. The fire pit had wood all ready for me to use. If you were to come in the winter, the tiny home has a wood stove to use as well.”

“We had a great stay at Stonebrook. Everything about the property was as listed. We enjoyed all the "home" away from home items, such as a well stocked kitchen, including dishes, pots & pans and even an assortment of spices for cooking. We enjoyed drinks on the patio while sitting around the fire pit. The record player was a great addition. In other VRBO properties we always had to buy extra hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper and laundry detergent, etc. and it was great that all of these items...

“What a wonderful spot of peace and tranquility! The cabin has absolutely everything we needed and the owners were fantastic to work with. We ate lobster on the deck that we grabbed from a local spot, grilled, paddled around the lake, saw soooo many stars and were still close enough to spend time in Acadia, Schoodic and in Bar Harbor! This place can’t be beat and really one of the loveliest places we’ve stayed at!”

“Nice wood cabin, in a beautiful spot. There's was no wifi (it wasn't a surprise but it's rare and would be nice to add..) There was nothing to do with the TV because there was no cable to. Bed matress where confortable and it was nice to have 6 places for the kids. There was many spiderwebs and the cleaning could be better. ”
