Everyone had plenty of space inside for a large group and the back garden with all of the snow gave us a perfect little sledding spot for the young ones. It was a very quiet neighborhood and great walking areas. We would definitely book here again in future. The only issue was the noise in one of the downstairs bedrooms when the upstairs heating unit was on. Other than that the stay was perfect!"

"Wonderful property with plenty of space for adults and kids. The 2nd living area/loft/bunkroom was perfect so the kids had an area and the adults could be downstairs. The outdoor wrap around deck with private hot tub was the nicest we have experienced in our many years renting in Steamboat. We had three generations there for my 40th birthday celebration and I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay.
