“We had received check in information in advance. We had let them know we were arriving at 7pm. We arrived to our cottage to the heat not working. The cottage was 54 degrees. Finally found the space heater and turned it on. Alerted the front desk (through Expedia chat) to the fact the heat was not working. We’re told “oh yes, we know” that is why there is a space heater. It took quite a long time to get the bed area warm. Twice during the night woke up cold and had to turn the space……
