It’s like stepping back in time to the 60’s with modern amenities. We were close to the historic downtown which was lovely. We did a day trip to Athens, Greensboro and Lake Oconee. I recommend highly!!

Best Life Town

Betty Genes for breakfast and lunch was amazing good food and great service in a quaint atmosphere. And they were open on Sunday when many places weren’t. Ricardo’s is a must! The Safari was really cool and we can’t wait to see how it grows. The concert in the park was the reason we stayed and visited with old friends and it was fabulous and we will be back to stay again.

Great for overnight stay

Great room for short stay not intending to be in the room except for sleeping. The King room was snugbytwell appointed. My only suggestion would be to have a small folding chair somewhere in the room that someone could sit on if they weren't comfortable just sitting on the bed to read or work on the computer. I appreciated the small computer desk. I appreciated the coffee maker and little sink area.
