Perfect Mountain Stay

This was the perfect house for me and my friends to stay in while we visited Maggie Valley. The house is in a great location and is very easily accessible. The owner was super easy to communicate with and answered any questions I had quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Thanksgiving short trip

Loved our stay at this wonderful cottage/cabin in the valley. Close to everything and we enjoyed the atmosphere at night at the cabin and loved the back porch. Very close to restaurants and a gold course along with neighboring Waynesville. Perfect little place!

Felt like home

We had the best time staying in this sweet bungalow. The place was as neat as a pin, the beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect. Our favorite spot was the back porch, and our dog thoroughly enjoyed the back yard. Thank you Patrick for a wonderful experience!

A great get away!

We had a wonderful time in Maggie Valley. This was our third year coming to town from Atlanta for Eurofest. Previously we've stayed at the Smokey Falls lodge. We wanted a more secluded, at home feel for our stay this time, and this property provided exactly that! We will be booking again for next year! Thanks again!

Perfect location

We recently stayed at Patrick’s place in Maggie Valley . Perfect location to all places in the area, very quiet neighborhood. House was great , nicely furnished met all of our needs. I will say beds are VERY FIRM and could have used a couple of rugs by bed downstairs 😜. Hope to visit there again.

Perfect mountain getaway

We loved this cottage! Perfect for us and our dog. We were able to walk out the front door to the sidewalk and walk daily! Convenient to everything. We especially enjoyed the porch in the evenings. Can’t wait to go back! Exactly as described. The host Patrick was great to communicate with.

This property was the perfect getaway! Everything was perfect! It was just my husband and myself and we loved the location. The home was cozy and completely stocked with everything we would need! Felt like home! All of our questions were promptly answered as well! Will definitely book again!

Nice cabin

Everything was good. Place has a nice front porch and a good size back deck. Nicely decorated. Beds comfortable. We did have a little trouble with which of the 3 remotes worked for the TV. We figured it out. Nice information book with list of restaurants. We would stay again.

Highly recommend

Very nice place. Would definitely stay again. Communication was very fast and easy. If you are scared to drive in the mountains this place is for you. Very easy to get to in any weather. Only issue would be the bed down stairs is extremely high so if you have older people staying here it would be very difficult for them to get in and out of the bed. And the other options would be the couch or the room upstairs. But very cute and clean cabin.

Good location

It was an okay stay. Good location and nice outdoor space. They need a new coffee machine. 20 year old Mr coffee with two cup pot doesn’t get it done. Could be cleaner. Could have better linens and towels Listing let me to believe ther was room for six. Not really. Game room had no door and no shade on window. No privacy.

Awesome stay

House very nice with great neighborhood to walk the dog. Spent a lot of time enjoying the back porch with breeze and 20 degrees cooler than Texas! Even saw a mink cruising through the backyard (I think headed to neighbors water feature), but it left when it saw me. I would recommend the 10 min trip to the Publix supermarket in Waynesville for food, beer and wine. Walking around Lake Junaluska in the morning also very nice. My only suggestion would be a 10-12 cup coffeemaker, doesn’t need to be fancy just bigger! Owner was very responsive in communications. Wish we could have stayed longer!
