The bed however was uncomfortable to me. Staff was nice. Location was awesome.the river is behind and I saw a beaver so that was cool. My dead bolt did not work though and my chain lock slipped off so i think it could be defective too bc I opened it and forgot it was locked but it came right off anyways. The room was hotter than hell, and the mini AC unit was barely functional. After 10 minutes in the room I was a sweaty mess, and decided to ask for a refund. The owner (Mr Patel) refused to give my money back and said I didn’t have a good enough reason to justify a refund. Horrible service, totally disrespectful, and rude. This guy basically had no problem stealing my money. They provided us two rooms side by side as requested. Very beautiful location and our rooms were clean.
