The check-in process was super easy, and communication with the property managers was great. However, we were pretty disappointed with the property itself. The listing showed photos of multiple Jungle House properties rather than the specific one we booked. We ended up staying in a much smaller building labeled “D” behind the main house, which we weren't expecting based on the photos.
There were gnats inside, stains on the bathroom ceiling, and the shower tiles were coming apart just from walking on them. The kitchen sink's garbage disposal was clogged and didn't work at all. The living room couch was rock solid and uncomfortable, and neither of the two upstairs bedrooms had TVs.
We also booked the stay for a birthday and thought there might be birthday extras or a late checkout option mentioned in the listing, but nothing additional was provided. Overall, communication and check-in were great, but the property was not what we expected. More accurate photos of the specific unit and some much-needed maintenance would have made a big difference.
