“En nuestra opinión es un edificio, que en algún momento de su historia tuvo valor. Tiene poco mantenimiento, todo se ve y está muy usado, la habitación poco presentable, camas de tambor de resorte y colchones muy incómodos, el baño como de los años treinta, con adaptaciones muy rústicas y de mal gusto, en la tina, había una tarima de madera para salir de ella. El wc muy viejo y estorboso así como la papelera y la jabonera. Ciudad con poquísimo interés turístico.”

“Sehr schönes Hotel in einer alten Teefabrik. Herausragend war die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Das Essen war herrvorragend und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Wir bekamen eine Führung in der Teefabrik wo uns der Teeprozess erklärt und gezeigt wurde. Auch eine Wanderung wurde angeboten. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen!! Bei der Hinfahrt ist es besser nach dem Weg zu fragen. Google maps führt woanders hin. ”
