“It was off season and it felt like they didnt have enugh staff to manage everything all at once. That said, they are managing with what they have. That said, even if all the elements are there, the customer touch points are missing. It felt like a local hotel with a bored crew who are just doing their job. The restaurant help and staff are very nice and cordial. The food was decent. Nothing to speak about or remember in a few days. Overall, an average stay with some spacious rooms and good...

“We had a very nice stay at Hotel Montecarlo. The manager, Vishnu, made sure that we had everything we needed. We were upgraded to the presidential suite, which was very spacious. A large sitting room contained a couch and two love seats and a tv and refrigerator. The bedroom also included a tv and small table with two chairs. The bathroom was spacious with both a shower and tub. The pool was very nice in the garden outside. We were taken care of at this hotel and would happily return.”

“Property was good but not well maintained. Lots of dust and insects. Swimming pool was not cleaned. Service was good, but very less number of people. not properly managed. No lift. Rooms were good, but towels were not new. restroom tiles were broken. room beds and tv all are old.”

We didn’t get running hot water even in the morning (it was lukewarm at best) 2. The phones in the room was only functioning half the time 3. It’s advertised as a private pool, but it’s not private at all. The pool is clearly visible to everyone walking by and maintenance and cleaning staff are going around most of the time and can see you...
