“El hotel es bonito, el personal muy atentos, amables y serviciales. Me quedé en un condominio con el que cuentan, tuve problemas con los aires acondicionados los cuales no enfriaban bien, en la habitación había polvo como si tuviera tiempo que no se usaba. La ropa de cama daba incertidumbre como si no estuviera limpia. La cama es espectacular, considero que es muy buen hotel, son cosas que se pueden modificar.”
“Check in was quick and easy. Room was fine. Quiet and clean. Spacious and near the pool. Pool was very nice.
Ben was great with information how to walk to the lagoon fifteen minutes away. Bring bug repellent. It is a jungle out there. Found the lake and had the place all to ourselves. Spectacular. Seven colours in the water easy to identify. Warm and fresh. Stairs made access into and out of the water easy. Nice little place to sit and enjoy the view.

“The hotel is very new, but there were too many flies during meals, which was quite bothersome. Because of the many plants, there were also many insects; there were small worms in the room every day. I suggest pest control around the room. The hot water in the shower wasn't hot enough and ran out quickly, and there were too few hooks for hanging towels. However, the staff were friendly, and there were toys provided by the pool, which was great!”
