The room was extremely clean, comfortable and inviting. The hotel amenities such as the heated floors, digital thermostat, and a separate bathtub and shower gave the room a homey feel. There were refreshing complimentary bottles of water provided daily. In addition, the club lounge provided a great breakfast in the morning. Tea time was also a pleasant surprise that provided snacks, pastries, and beverages.

Pillow service was fantastic. Breakfast was great with a wide variety. The staff was friendly and recognized you within two days. There were some minor issues with the cleanliness of the room, probably due to the New Year’s busy period.

Clean room, nice bed. Welcoming reception. They had some problems with the computer system on our arrival day, and the bar staff who were temporary staff were absolutely useless, but once the normal staff had taken over it was great.
