Las instalaciones, la playa,la animación, el personal y la comida/bebido todo de gran nivel. Un gran lugar para descansar y pasar vacaciones relajantes. Calidad y variedad de alimentos y bebidas de primer nivel, de lo mejor que experiencié a nivel All inclusive. Totalmente recomendable

We spend a whole week in the hotel. Since the beginning everything went not well. We were traveling with some friends, we requested to be close and well… it was “not possible”. The first night while having dinner we were eating and they take off our plates while literally eating! Next day they turned off the lights while eating dinner, 20 minutes before the end of the time. One night we come back to the hotel and they didn’t let us get in the hotel with the taxi, they leave us at the loading dock, in the back part of the hotel, I really don’t know at which point a 5 * hotel decided that is a good idea to forbid the entrance to some guest, we were with 2 kids, one in a stroller and another 8 years old. They leave us in a dark and creepy place . I really don’t know how they dare to treat guests that way. Another bad thing was the room… the shower was dirty and the shower door didn’t close, it was awful. They have stuff to make a fast coffee but they don’t provide cups, they have paper cups. I would understand this if the reason was safety but I don’t think so because they let people to get in the pools and in the beach use glasses. I do not recommend this hotel, the building was good but the service makes it a bad place to stay, if you think you are going to be in a 5* resort you are wrong, at least is a 2-3* Never again!

Gutes Mittelklasse-Resort mit einigen Schwächen – 7/10 Wir waren im Swandor Resort Kemer und insgesamt mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden: ein gutes Mittelklassehotel mit einem ordentlichen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, allerdings sollte man seine Erwartungen entsprechend einordnen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist zunächst die Sauberkeit. Das internationale Publikum empfanden wir als angenehm und überwiegend sehr kultiviert. Das Fitnessstudio ist mit neuen und qualitativ guten Geräten ausgestattet. Ein weiteres Highlight waren die Shows am Abend. Die Veranstaltungen waren professionell gemacht und teilweise wirklich beeindruckend. Auch das Essen gehört zu den Stärken des Hotels. Die Auswahl ist groß und die Qualität insgesamt gut. Negativ: Am Strand sind die Liegen knapp bemessen und zudem nicht besonders bequem. Hinzu kommt, dass es sich um einen Kiesstrand handelt. Der mit Abstand größte Kritikpunkt für uns war jedoch die extreme Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer. Gespräche, Türen und Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern bzw. vom Flur waren teilweise so deutlich wahrnehmbar, dass die Nachtruhe erheblich beeinträchtigt wurde. Das Swandor Kemer ist ein wirklich gutes Mittelklassehotel, das insbesondere mit Sauberkeit, Essen, Fitnessstudio, Shows, Service und einem angenehmen internationalen Publikum punktet. Gleichzeitig gibt es bei der Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer einen für uns erheblichen Schwachpunkt sowie Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten bei Strand und Poolbereich.
