Amira Hotel is truly a gem in Bansko. What made my stay special was not only the facilities, but especially the people. Everyone was incredibly kind, polite, and caring, and they really did everything they could to make my stay comfortable and pleasant.
One of my favorite parts of the hotel was the spa area. After a hard day on the slopes, it felt like heaven. The Himalayan salt infrared sauna is a real highlight and genuinely seemed to help with recovery. The pool is also a very good size, and I really appreciated that they do not overload it with chlorine, the water feels much gentler thanks to their salt-based system.
I also had a sports massage, and it was honestly one of the best I have ever had. Exactly what you need after skiing or snowboarding.
Dinner is also worth mentioning: the food was delicious, and even if you are the only guest dining, they make you feel completely comfortable and welcome.
All in all, I cannot recommend Amira Hotel enough. It is warm, relaxing, and full of thoughtful hospitality. I would happily stay here again.

"Great property and host! I really recomand it for people who have a car. It is 5-10 mins drive from Veliko Tarnovo. It is on a hill with beautiful view and it has a nice entrance with roses and a garden where you can relax. Very quiet as well. Parking is just outside the gate. Great option for visiting ..."
