"We loved this location. Google directions got us there easily. Yay for a parking spot in a private garage and an elevator! We were able to park and easily transition our bags. The unit had AC which was wonderful as Mallorca was still warm during our visit. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated that there were a few snacks when we arrived. We walked everywhere in Sa Pobló and used the car for our ventures out. I definitely recommend this location."

"Gute Basis für eine Rennradwoche mit Freunden. Der Einrichtungstil ist etwas speziell, aber gemütlich. Viele schöne Sitzecken, Kamin, tolle Außenküche mit Grill, wer gerne kocht. Einzige Einschränkung: Die Straße kann morgens und abends bisschen laut sein, wenn man es super ruhig mag. Dennoch: Klare Empfehlung."

"Visited Mallorca for the first time with family and staying at this property made it more special. The owner was very friendly and pleasant to talk to and recommended good places. Apartment is located about a block from a lovely plaza where is very lively specially on Sundays when locals farmers bring fresh fruits and vegetables and other foods. "We were very comfortable here for 9 days! The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. The town is small, quiet, and charming, and its central location means that almost anywhere on the island can be reached in an hour or less. We especially loved the views from the two balconies and Francis's original paintings."

"Rural location which was very private with great views on the countryside. The property is a great base to explore the island especially the North side. The local town had all we needed, supermarkets and restaurants which were good value . Host was discreet and friendly."

"Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, liegt aber leider mit allen Schlafzimmern an der zwar kleinen, aber lauten Straße. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster war für uns nicht möglich. Zusatzkosten in Form einer Touristensteuer kamen noch hinzu, wovon wir erst vor Ort erfuhren."

"The villa is perfect. We arrived in the evening., Paula made sure there were fresh pizzas, water, beer, fruit etc in the fridge. We didn’t hire a car but she took us to the local supermarket. Dishwasher Tablets, washing up liquid, washing tablets, extra toilet rolls, etc were all supplied. We used a local Sa Pobla taxi firm who were excellent for trips out. You can log onto Netflix, Amazon Prime accounts for the tv. The villa photos don’t do in justice, we have been staying at villas over 15...

"We really enjoyed our stay, despite the freak storm that hit whilst we were there! The owners made us feel very welcome and came to our aid immediately after the storm to clear debris from the pool and garden area. The house is perfectly located for exploring the island in any direction. The views across the flat lands were beautiful and the nearby town of Sineu is incredibly charming and the people very welcoming. The weekly Wednesday market is an absolute must. Thank you for a lovely stay!"
