It was very clean and stocked with everything you could need. We spent a lot of time just enjoying the outdoors sitting on the porch. It was great to be able to grill out and have a fire. We did a little finishing and managed to catch a couple rainbow trout! The property is very private and Tim was great with communication. Our dog was able to come too which was a huge bonus. EVERYDAY FROM MORN TILL DUSK I SAT WITH A HOT CUP OF TEA, READING MY BOOK ALL THE WHILE LISTENING TO THE SOUNDS OF THE RIVER RUSHING BY JUST A FEW FEET IN FRONT OF ME. YES, I COULD ALMOST STEP OFF THE PORCH AND INTO THE RIVER BUT WHO WOULKD WANT TO DO THAT WHEN THERE ARE THE MOST WONDERFUL ROCKING CHAIRS TO SIT ON. OH, THOSE ROCKING CHAIS. THEY WERE THE BEST PART AND THIS JUST TOOK IT PAST A 5 STAR RATING. ALSO, DON’T LET THE LACK OF WI-FI, CELL SEVIVE OR TV DISCOURAGE YOU. AFTER ALL THE RIVER BELOW WILL DEFINITELY KEEP YOU COMPANY.
