We found this property to be perfect for our group of four adults and a four year old. It would have easily accommodated more. Beautiful cozy spot, host was great in welcoming us and leaving a light on as we were arriving after dark. Host checked on us the night we arrived to make sure all was good and we were settled in.

Rural setting, little industry, small shops, great place to raise a family if you like 4 seasons.
Grew up there but the town seems deteriorating. Not enough employment or growth. It is a beautiful part of the state.
Malone is like most of northern New York - tired and poor!
Malone is small town with little to attract outsiders, but is friendly and surprisingly current with retail. Hotel is well maintained but is aging; needs some physical updating.
Malone is a nice little town.
