Comfortable, Updated & Family-Friendly

The main level has been beautifully updated with new vinyl flooring, granite countertops, refinished cabinets, fresh paint, and new baseboards. The bedrooms and bathrooms have also been refreshed with new paint, baseboards, and casings.

You'll find a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress in the living room and a new king mattress in the primary bedroom for a comfortable night's sleep.

The oversized deck is a favorite spot to relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and trees.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a new range, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, and coffee maker—everything you need whether you're preparing a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes or enjoying a family dinner at home.

After a day of skiing, hiking, biking, or exploring Mammoth, cozy up by the thermostat-controlled pellet stove. You get the warmth and ambiance of a fire without having to constantly tend to a wood-burning stove.

There are 4 TVs throughout the condo, along with cable, WiFi, plenty of movies, and games for relaxing evenings and downtime.

Sleeping Arrangements

The condo comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests:

Primary bedroom: King bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed + twin bed
Loft: Twin-over-full bunk bed
Living room: Sleeper sofa

Each bedroom and the loft has its own TV.

Walk to The Village & Gondola

One of the best features of Mammoth View Villas is the location.

Located just off Lakeview Boulevard, the condo is approximately a 5-minute walk to The Village, where you can catch the gondola to Canyon Lodge and enjoy restaurants, shops, entertainment, and seasonal Village activities.

Once you arrive, you may not need your car again until it's time to leave!

Prefer not to walk? The shuttle stop is right outside the complex, providing easy access to The Village, the mountain, and town.

A More Private Mammoth Experience

Mammoth View Villas is different from many of the larger, hotel-style condo complexes in Mammoth. This is a quiet, private tri-level duplex-style condo with no unit directly above or below you and only one neighboring unit to the side.

There are approximately 10 exterior steps to reach the condo, and the interior is arranged over three levels. The layout provides plenty of separation between the bedrooms and living areas, making it especially comfortable for families and groups.

There is also open space surrounding the condo, giving kids room to play in the snow and enjoy some sledding during the winter months.

The complex offers additional amenities including an outdoor spa, sauna, and ping pong table.
