The property enjoys a high level of privacy and pleasant open views of the surrounding natural landscape, making it an ideal choice for guests seeking relaxation, comfort and contact with nature. The house is laid out on a single level and combines traditional rustic style with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It features a spacious living-dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them en suite with shower and a second full bathroom with bathtub. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the remaining bedrooms are equipped with single beds, offering a comfortable and practical layout for families or small groups. In addition, the property offers an independent bedroom with its own private entrance, two single beds, an en suite bathroom with shower and direct access to the rear garden, ideal for guests seeking extra independence and privacy. Outside, guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, several terraces and a well-maintained garden area with lawn, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing or enjoying meals outdoors in a peaceful natural environment. The location is ideal for exploring both the interior and the east coast of Mallorca. San Llorenç des Cardassar, with its traditional charm, local restaurants and essential services, is just a short drive away. Manacor, the island’s second-largest city, offers a wide range of shops, supermarkets, weekly markets and restaurants, as well as a lively local atmosphere. Some of the most beautiful beaches and coves on the east coast, such as Cala Mandia, Cala Anguila, Cala Varques and Porto Cristo, are located approximately 15–25 minutes away by car, allowing guests to combine the tranquillity of the countryside with easy access to the sea.
