Even though this property is rated 4 stars its worse than it sounds. I had a very bad experience staying two nights. The shower was not working properly and the shower box floor was leaking water into the rest of the bathroom, there was a cockroach on the mirror in the bedroom and the room reeked of cigarette smell, after I complained to the management, they were very understanding and helpful, they changed my room to a better room in the 4th floor. However the club in the 9th floor was so loud I could hear the music until the club closed at 2:30am. The staff were very nice, helpful, polite, friendly and understanding. The manager; Deep, and his staff were very friendly and engaged with their hotel customers (if things were raised or needed, they worked quickly to address) . The food at the restaurant was very good and I recommend persons selecting this as an option when they book. The only thing I would helpfully encourage this hotel to undertake is a maintenance and repairs project of its bathrooms, fridges, and the beautiful wood fascias adorning the restaurant, lobby and bedrooms. The near circular view as you look down from the balconies to the foyer is very good (much like the very beautiful Best Western rectanglular setup in Muscat when I stayed there in September). Overall though it's still 4 out of 5 rating and combined with its Juffair location a good location in which to stay.
