“The Overlook Cottage was an AMAZING vacation stay, with stunning views from both decks - which TRULY ROCKED because when the sun was beating down on one, i went to the other which was in the shade, and vice versa!!! Gary was extremely kind and communicative! Neighbors who live around the compound permanently were SO WONDERFUL ‼‼ I could live there permanently with these people who were TRUE Jersey Shore gems‼‼‼i have ALWAYS LOVED the Highlands, and being RIGHT ON THE WATER in this family owned……

“This is a great place for two people for a short stay in Asbury Park. Super cute, super clean, sweet comfort offerings (ie slippers, robes, etc). Owners very kind and helpful. Highly recommend. ”

When we booked the location looked further away from the beach online but in person was only one block away! Close location to everything and a fast uber at night to the boardwalk. We would return to this house again and I highly recommend staying at this location. ”

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Seaside Park.The accommodations are excellent for a person, like me, who cooks breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Everything was clean, in working order, and set up as shown. Not only was there an immaculate indoor shower, but an outdoor shower that was a big plus when coming back from the beach sandy. The outdoor grill worked great! I enjoyed dining al fresco nightly on the lovely outdoor patio set. The location was ideal for me! I love going to Island Beach State……

“Four senior men (in our sixties) men spent 4 nights We were on a group tennis trip and played tennis 3 strait days. House was very comfortable and clean Can only park two cars which was fine for us. Very easy to get to the SeaBright/Rumson area as well as highlands. Restaurants were close. Very easy to communicate with the owners. ”

“Property was clean, 1 block from beach, and off street parking (although tight but appreciated!). We were supplied beach badges, bedding and a few towels. Enclosed yard with picnic tables, outdoor shower and grill. LOVED our stay and will be back next year!”
