The hotel is well placed for walking around central Manchester and close to buses and trams. Our room was very nice and comfortable but unfortunately very hot overnight. Parking was close by with a hotel discount. All the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff is excellent. When we stayed the elevator was out of service. We were moved to a lower floor to accommodate a disability, which also involved moving a portable bed. The beds are very comfortable. Room decors is interesting. Basic amenities have changed since Abode became Heathcote. For example, there is no longer a coffee maker in the room.
