This is a sexy hotel. Super swanky. Even more impressive than the beautiful spacious rooms and comfortable bed, is the amazing treatment from the staff. Top notch service! Please don’t miss the on site restaurant. The shrimp tempura was to die for, Amazing experience. Highly recommend!

Absolutely superb. Attended a concert at Old Trafford and stayed for the night. The hotel is located a 5 minute flat walk from Manchester Piccadilly, with a 20 minute tram/taxi to Old Trafford Cricket Ground. All staff we interacted with, including concierge and reception were fabulous. They really go above and beyond to enhance your stay, nothing is too much trouble. The room was quiet, well equipped and comfortable. Decor is gorgeous throughout. Will absolutely be back.

Reception staff were lovely, just what I needed after a long flight. Kind and helpful :) The room was very nice and I had the best sleep - the bed was amazing. Garden rooms are worth it to step outside of your room. The weather for me was bad but there is an electric awning should you need to be covered ! Nice touch as you never really know what weather you will get in Manchester ;-)
