“I read bad reviews along with good reviews toward this establishment. There are some truth on both extremes. In my trip experience, I found the staff at least the front desk was quite friendly at the time I arrived a bit late in the evening. I will try to be balanced on my review here, I talk for myself and other's experience might be varied. Pros: - The room was clean: the bed, the floor, the bathroom, etc. - The location (read the additional note below): very close to several fast food joints……

“位置不错 但前提需要有车，酒店周边是仓库区可以免费停车，到海滩步行15分钟，无奈此次旅行戛纳多云，只能去电影宫对面商业街shopping。酒店周边有两个大型超市，步行10分钟，还有华人自助餐馆，18欧自助餐。总体不错。”

“We were a family with 3 kids. The room was very dirty, visible dust everywhere. Low comfort. Dishwasher was broken. No internet. Our room was on the ground floor and the outside area was not usable, the furniture to dirty to use, ants everywhere and bushes not trimmed.The «hotel» charged us 140 euro more for taxes and refused to answer anything when we asked why. No cleaning the whole week. Before we left we had to by cleaning remedies to clean the whole appartment. In the pool no toys were……

“Il faut récupérer les clés dans une épicerie à Cannes pas de bracelets piscine dans l’appartement redemandés plusieurs fois mais jamais eu nous n’avons donc pas pu profiter des trois piscines pas d’eau chaude de jour comme de nuit ce serait un problème de cumul commun mais l eau se coupe quand nous mettons les robinets sur l’eau chaude … 2 verres 1 bol 2 petites casseroles pour 4 personnes ce seraient les locataires d’avant qui seraient partis avec la vaisselle …. il faut laver draps et……
