“Lovely apartment, but next time a non "Accessible Access" Room would be better, for us. Concrete floors a bit cold and no "soft" lighting in the kitchen/sitting room. TV reception a bit "fluttery"! The late (3pm) check in was the most inconvenient thing for us. Most do 2pm. Location is beautiful, staff really excellent. Audrey's Restaurant a big bonus.”

“No Heating on Ground Floor. Poor Wifi. Certainly navigating being a new hotel. Spa not yet refurbed and open. Restaurant good. ”

“It's in a convenient location and fairly comfortable. The cold tap in the shower didn't work properly and made loud noises in the pipe, when turned on. The roof and walls were noisy at times, as if there was wildlife in them.”

“Clean bedroom with ensuite and friendly staff at reception and the restaurant. The menu was varied and the food quality good, with a good range of non-alcoholic beers. I slept with the window open as the plug-in fan could only be set for up to 2hrs; it would've been inconvenient to wake up too hot every 2 hrs and restart it. My room was above the car park and disco, which thankfully finished at 10pm on a Saturday. ”
