“We had a lovely relaxing stay. Staff were very friendly, room was clean and comfortable. Pool was really nice, perhaps they should get more than just 3 sun lounges at the pool. We stayed in the upper level rooms in the garden wing which was great - large, peaceful and very comfortable. However, perhaps other guests who may have mobility issues, they should inform them beforehand that it is one flight up with no lift. Or at least contact them prior, to inquire if its OK before allocating them……
