New 2 bedroom apartment with spectacular views. Complex located 1 km from the port of La Duquesa (you will find thirty different restaurants) and the beach, secure 24/24, it has 5 swimming pools including one for children and a paddle.

The apartment is very bright, it offers a pleasant terrace with a beautiful view of the sea, mountains, golf. A suspended rocking chair, pretty plants, tables and 4 chairs decorate it.
This is a modern and spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms with many cupboards (safe) 2 bathrooms, one with jacuzzi bath and a skylight.
The apartment is perfectly equipped with a modern decoration, the floor is marble. The kitchen has everything you need (oven, ceramic hob, toaster, toaster, juicer, microwave, kettle) The living room is equipped with a 127 cms 3D TV with Blu ray DVD player, unlimited internet, and d a Denon home theater where you can connect your iphone. Fantastic Apartment
Just spent 8 weeks at this lovely apartment. It has everything you need for a long stay, from plenty of bed linen to a fully equipped kitchen. The rooms are spacious with the lounge and master bedroom having the fantistic view. Check in was easy, being met by Agne who very kindly gave us lots of useful information about the area. The apartment is at the top of a hill, which we knew from the owner Jean Luc who advised us immediately after we booked. As two relatively fit 50 somethings we found the walk ok and took around 20 mins straight down into the marina. We did find the road that is directly opposite the complex easier to walk back up as it is more gradual (comes out at the overpass at the Castle). We didnt bother with a hire car as found that it would only be needed for shopping. We did this by getting a taxi for €8 from Mercadona. The local but to Estepona/Gibralter was at the bottom of the hill €4 was reliable but only 8 a day. We had a fantastic time and would not hesitate to recommend.

Special atmosphere, beautiful views
Stayed in the apartment at the first half of April, it was peaceful and quiet. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a self catering stay, it's clean and tidy. A car is a must, but for exchange you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea, the sunrises and the surrounding natural environment and if you're a golfer, a club is just next to the village. Though there are 5 pools in the complex, only two are available before main season (30.May) and the water temperature is only good for active people or kids with proper wetsuits. In the town down by the sea we could find anything we needed, there was a bigger and some smaller supermarkets and many restaurants.

Duquesa village top floor apartment
We stayed in this 2 bed, 1 bath, 1 shower & wc, top floor apartment for 83 days Jan - end March. Very comfortable beds with winter weight double duvet for the colder months, plus summer weight for warmer months. Glorious view over golf course and towards the sea. Situated at the bottom of the steep hill and not overlooked by other apartments from the balcony. There is also a very small area at the rear (which is overlooked) but where you can enjoy the mid-late afternoon sunshine. I would have booked it for next year but someone has beaten us to it.

Fantastic apartment

We enjoyed our stay so much!!!! The flat has got everything that you might need on a holiday.Kitchen is fully equipped. The pools were lovely even in november.Loved the view and enjoyed the lift every day from the garage to our floor... Highly recommend it!!!!!!

Lovely apartment with sea view
Great communication from the owner throughout. The management company were also very helpful. They helped us find the apartment and showed us around. The apartment was very clean and it was decorated well. There were outside terraces from both of the bedrooms and living room with a beautiful sea view. The apartment had everything we needed for the stay (hairdryer, iron, coffee machine etc). A car is needed as it is too far to walk to La Duquesa with kids, but parking is provided. A really enjoyable stay, we will definitely be back!

Better than expected!
This apartment was better than we expected. Pictures don't show how big the main balcony is, rooms are spacious and the pool was soo good; proper pool for swimming. We swam every day, we don't want only lying down and tanning - which was easy to do too. I even lost some weight! Tank you, we loved it and will be back!
