The apartment is located in Duquesa Village with sea and mountain views on the 1st floor with lift and direct access to the garage on the heights of the Duquesa marina, in Manilva less than 3 minutes by car from the beaches, shops, bars and restaurants.
Living room: dining room and living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and TV with French and Spanish-speaking and international channels, free Wi-Fi internet, mini stereo, multi-country TV (UK, France, Belgium, etc ...) airco.
Kitchen: fully equipped (dishwasher, fridge / freezer, citrus press, microwave, oven, percolator, electric hob, crockery, cutlery, utensils, toaster, etc.).

Great stay. The place was lovely, clean and spacious. Communication was great and being met by the host was great. It’s got more than everything you need. During our stay the dishwasher was broken, it was not a big deal to do dishes by hand since we don’t cook. One thing though is the air conditioning had to be reboosted every 2 hours, so I’d wake up often because it got warm. I was not comfortable keeping the terrace doors open during the night to enjoy the night breeze. I felt bad that we had to leave the rubbish and recyclables since we did not know where to dispose of them. You need a car though to get around since there are no stores or restaurants within walking distance. Otherwise we had a great stay. Thank you Benoit and Henri.

Beautiful stay at Duquesa Village
We stayed at this gorgeous apartment for a month 3 adults and 2 kids. It was combination of remote work and holiday. We really enjoyed our stay. Apartments are much bigger than on photos, very bright and beautifully decorated. Internet is fast and great for remote working. Pool just downstairs 2min walk, so you can easily go for a quick swim before/after work. Communication with a host was very efficient, he responded fast and always made us feel welcome. On arrival there was cold water, Cava and ice creams for kids, which was very sweet. I would highly recommend to stay at this beautiful apartment, my highlight was the views from the balcony especially looking at sunrise! We felt like at home and I never saw so many kitchen equipment and dishes in any of rental apartment, which was a great bonus. In the area I would recommend to have a car to travel around and enjoy beauty of Andalucía. Although you can manage without a car, but walk to the beach is 20min down the hill, same up. We were doing those walk, was a great exercise, but kids like a lift up :) We would love to be back!

Wonderful!
Had a great vacation in Henry's lovely apartment. From beginning to the end of the stay everything went smoothly. Communication with Henry was always quick and efficient, Geremy met us promptly on our arrival and showed us round without fuss. The accommodation was as described (although I don't think the photos do it justice really), it was clean and spacious and provided all of the things you might need during your holiday. Views from the balcony were fantastic and we spent many a happy time just looking out at the coast and pool. We spent a great 8 weeks in Duquesa village and loved every minute. The resort is very clean and tidy and the pool area is well maintained too. All in all we had a lovely stay in a lovely apartment and would not hesitate in recommending to anyone. Thank you Henry.

Faultless. Spotless. Immaculate. Access to 5 swimming pools in complex. 20 mins walk from lots of bars and restaurants in duquesa port . Plenty of taxis to take you home (7 EUR) if you don't fancy the walk back up the hill. Very well maintained secure Apartment complex, so good we viewed a property for sale. Fully functioning kitchen. Cooked lots of family meals. Washing machine was a godsend. Easy 1 hour drive from malaga airport. Bottle of cava to welcome us was a lovely gesture. Highly recommended.

Well presented and spotless apartment. The owners contact was A1. Pool was great and never a problem to get a sunbed. Shops a short distance away, we had a car and appreciated the freedom it gave us. Over all...very satisfied and very happy we chose this apartment taking into account the owner was on top of things to make it all so easy.

An incredible place to stay
It's probably the best place you can find in that region. Not only it has a pool that you can see from your balcony, an undeground parking, security and a nice area to stroll, it also has everything you can ever imagine inside of the apartament (plenty of kitchen utilities, nice linen and towels, air con, etc.). We were really pleased with the neighbourhood and the nearest beach (it was indeed very clean and comfortable). And the town was welcoming too. Overall we can 100 percent recommend this place to stay and we'd always love to come back there.

Propriété très jolie, très bien entretenu, calme et très agréable. Le logement est très confortable, très bien agencé et très fonctionnel. La décoration est soignée, on se croirait à la maison. Mon séjour à Malaga
Nous avons passés un agréable séjour d'un mois dans cet appartement situé à Malaga. L'appartement est spacieux, bien équipé , très chaleureux et est proche de tout ! De plus, à notre arrivée, celui-ci était d'une propreté irréprochable. Bref, la description de l’appartement correspondait à ce que nous avons trouvés et en outre, il y avait même un mode jacuzzi dans la baignoire de la salle de bain. La terrasse donne une agréable vue sur la mer et la piscine. Le propriétaire est très sympa et est resté à notre écoute au moindre petit problème. Je recommande cet appartement sans hésitation !

L'appartement est magnifique. Une vue splendide vers la mer. Le balcon est spacieux, il y a un coin table de salon et un coin table basse avec 2 transats. Nous avons aimé la région et le climat est parfait. Parfaitement situé entre Marbella et Gibraltar. Nous recommandons fortement.

séjour très agréable
nous avons passé un très bon séjour, 3 semaines très agréable et reposante l appartement est très confortable pour 5 personnes , les chambres et les espaces sont pratiques , avec 2 salles de bain , une cuisine assez grande et bien équipé pour cuisiner. la terrasse est très agréable avec le coin salon et l autre coté le coin a manger le tout dans cette superbe résidence bien fleurie , surveillée par des gardes c est très appréciable.
