"Overall, it was nice! They’re just doing some remodeling right now so things are a bit all over the place in terms of the check-in desk, breakfast and coffee, but they’re doing a good job with what they’ve got for right now! Once they open everything back up again, it’ll be phenomenal. I’m sure!"

"Our room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, coffee was excellent for hotel coffee and the location was very convenient. We had an in-room jacuzzi and it was immaculately clean. We go to Minocqua often, this was our first time staying at this hotel but we will likely stay here all the time now."

"The breakfast bar was awful hardly anything on it couldn’t even find somebody to fill the coffee up. It was empty. The soap dish in the shower was scummy and black mold on it hasn’t been washed in forever. Beds are very uncomfortable and carpet was dirty."

"We LOVED the house in Mercer! We stayed there over the winter for a snowmobile trip and it was perfect. The house is ideally situated with bedrooms on both the main floor and the lower level, and an expansive common kitchen and living area on the main floor. The house was spotless when we arrived, beds comfortable, and plenty of space for our crew. The location of the property allows easy access to the trail system via a short ride on local roads, and Cleveland's Clubhouse at Beaver Lodge for a starting point is just a short 10 minute ride away. This is a great property for winter fun, and I bet summer is equally as good. Lisa was great to work with on the booking and throughout the trip. Would definitely book again. "
