“Our room was so clean and a very unique room. Loved the vibe of the colors. The front desk staff were very friendly and happy to give recommendations. So glad we chose to stay here and if ever in the area again, will definately stay here!”

“Clean room but bed was a little too firm for my liking. Hot tub was good but pool was about 2-3 degrees too cold to be comfortable. Decent breakfast with a nice variety to choose from.”

“Toilet had drops of urine and hairs on the top of the porcelain, dirty floor in bathroom, strange hairs in and on side of tub. Mold on ice machine where the ice comes out. Carpet in halls dirty. Central air unit in room sounded like a jet taking off whenever it came on. This was my second stay since the first stay was good but I won't be returning anymore”

“Our room was on the first floor. The smell of the room was musty and moldy. Ended up going to Urgent Care after getting home from allergy reaction to the mold. Woke up both mornings with my eyes crusted shut. Hot tub had green algae or something on the tiles. There is NOT good air quality and a lot of mustiness that’s not being addressed. Did NOT have a shower curtain in the shower. Had to go to the front desk to get one and had to figure out how to install it. Put toilet seat down and there……

“Only communication was by phone which meant going back to vehicle to get my phone. I have issues walking, getting around is difficult. The entrance was bit tricky to navigate and floor inside had a slope. Not fun. Room key in lock box in door frame, there were 2 boxes with no idea which box key was in. It was dark, poor lighting and were given wrong number for box. Boxes were just about above eye level, had I been any shorter visibility would have been pretty much impossible. Checked text sent……

“Not friendly staff, owner cheated me when he knew I did not had booking at his place, they switched me with another person with same family name”

“This was a perfect place to stay with our children for a ski trip. The apartment was very clean, well maintained, and had a nice amount of space to spread out. Parking was very easy right behind the building, and it's in a walkable area of the downtown. We will definitely come back next winter!”

“Buyer beware. Host assured 100% refund of 1 night of stay well prior to arrival but after several asks, gave only partial. Finally did refund only to remove it immediately and then stop communicating. At booking, the listing set up automatic late check out charge of 25. Unclear directions on how to enter the property. Repeatedly gave 2 different check out times throughout stay. Just frustrating. . . ”
