“This was a beautiful property and well priced. The room was wonderfully large, well appointed and more than comfortable. Breakfast was good but there were no tea bags available for the tea drinkers. I'm allergic to coffee so tea is a necessity. The FD staff were friendly and kind and if I find myself in that part of MS again, this property will be my first choice.”
“Positives:
Staff was very friendly and the hotel was easy to find.
Negatives: Our room smelled like cigarettes and humid mildew. Our TV did not work at all. There was a carbon monoxide sensor that flashed every minute or so that was hard to ignore once it was time for sleep. Because of our rooms location, we could hear everything happening in the hallway.”
“The room was clean, staff was nice. The hotel was close to a good selection of restaurants. It was a great place to stop for the night. Will likely be stopping and staying again!”
“We stayed one night. The room was left on 60 degrees, it was freezing.
The carpet was extremely wet from the a/c unit to the first queen bed.
The wall around the a/c unit had a lot of mold as well.”
“The Hilton Garden Inn is in a prime location to beautiful downtown Tupelo. The staff is phenomenal! All the staff from check-in to housekeeping were friendly, helpful, and fun. The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was fresh. You do have to pay for the breakfast.
I would definitely stay here again.”
