"The house was nice and big and only 10-15 minutes from Lassen Volcanic NP. The property is cool with a river running in the back, and it’s very peaceful! Only thing I would ask for is updated pots and pans because they were all non-stick that wasn’t nonstick anymore so cooking was kind of a pain! But other than that, no complaints with this property!"

"We had the best stay at this house! It was so welcoming and cozy. When we got there, music was on for us, a basket of snacks on the counter and a bottle of wine. We've never had that anywhere else we've stayed. Shelly and her husband were just the best!! It was my husbands birthday and she made him his favorite cake. Shelly was always available to answer questions. We loved having the deer visit every day and feeding them graham crackers. A first! We were sad to leave. Wonderful house. 💗"

"8 people stayed very comfortably. The outdoor space provided the nicest oasis to just come back and regroup for the day. It was very hot (112) so having the pool and shaded areas made outside possible. We loved this and will definitely return."

"The property is located in a beautiful forested area. Martha, the owner, was an outstanding hostess. She was friendly and very helpful. The home cooked breakfasts were well prepared and delicious. The only issue we had was the GPS took us to the property through a back route that was longer and over gravel road. "

"This home is amazing. Has absolutely everything you would need along with a perfect view and river front location. Spent the weekend here to attend a wedding near by. It was the perfect location and the entire family enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. A good nights sleep is so important on vacation and all the beds were very comfy. We enjoyed a week of quilting, shopping at a great quilt shop in Susanville, visiting breathtaking Mt Lassen Park and Burney Falls. We hope to return next year to explore more of the area."

"My mom and I stayed here for a few days while she was visiting me. The house had everything we needed and was very cozy. Definitely appreciated having a bathroom on both floors. 10/10 would definitely stay here again if it is just the two of us. Did use the yoga/exercise room at all, maybe in the future it will become a second bedroom!! Host was very helpful and made the stay even better."
