"Surprisingly good place to stay for the money. Much cleaner than what I expected. Mini fridge and microwave helps a lot if travel with kids. The only thing to keep in mind, there is a Mexican restaurant next to the hotel which plays loud music on Friday till 1-30am. Other days it was quiet."

"Check-in was a little frustrating. It was around 5 PM and the office was closed already ring the bell the night person came out and didn’t have a reservation for me. Had to call the manager, I believe and I had to speak to the manager and she was able to, find my reservation was a little disconcerting when I knew I had a reservation. after everything was straightened out, Check-in went fast. the room and facilities were very nice for the price. "

"If you’re looking for a pay by the hour this is your place! The front desk lady Heather was amazing but the facility was disgusting. The room smelled awful, we left the door open and ac on for over an hour and it was still unbearable. The TVs didn’t work. There were people loitering everywhere. "The house was nice and big and only 10-15 minutes from Lassen Volcanic NP. The property is cool with a river running in the back, and it’s very peaceful! Only thing I would ask for is updated pots and pans because they were all non-stick that wasn’t nonstick anymore so cooking was kind of a pain! But other than that, no complaints with this property!"
