Find hotels in Manzanete from $49

The best area to stay in Manzanete is within the main village itself, particularly around the central plaza and the streets immediately surrounding it.

The village center is compact and offers a convenient base. You'll find the local shops, a few eateries, and the church within easy walking distance. The main roads, like Calle Real, connect you directly to the surrounding countryside. This area is ideal for travelers who appreciate being at the heart of local life and having amenities close by.

For couples seeking a quiet retreat, consider staying slightly outside the immediate village center but still within Manzanete's municipal boundaries. Many rural accommodations here offer privacy and views of the olive groves and rolling hills.

The best time to visit Manzanete is during the spring (April to June) and fall (September to October) months, when the weather is most pleasant for exploring.

During these periods, you'll experience comfortable temperatures, typically ranging from 65°F to 80°F (18°C to 27°C), with plenty of sunshine and less humidity than the summer. This makes it ideal for outdoor activities such like hiking through the nearby Sierra Nevada foothills or enjoying a leisurely stroll through the olive groves. Couples will appreciate the mild evenings for dining al fresco or enjoying a glass of local wine.

Summer (July and August) can be quite hot, with temperatures often exceeding 90°F (32°C), which might be less comfortable for those not accustomed to intense heat. However, if you plan to spend most of your time by a pool or exploring the coast, it can still be an enjoyable time to visit, especially for families who might appreciate the longer daylight hours.

Winter (November to March) offers cooler temperatures, generally between 50°F and 65°F (10°C to 18°C), and a higher chance of rain.
