"Lovely beach house. Great location. We only had 5 adults so it was very comfy. Views were spectacular....right on the ocean. I would not hesitate to stay again. Only suggestion: The very bottom step going to lower level is a different color brown which blends with floor. My 70 yr old father fell. NOT HURT...but I would put a WATCH YOUR STEP...OR something more identifying."

"We had a great time! Property is exactly as described, very quiet and peaceful. The host was fantastic and extremely quick to respond to any questions I had!! Beautiful side view of the ocean! It is a 15 min drive to restaurants and other stores so if you want to be closer than that, not the place for you. The only negative I had was during high tide you cannot walk out from the building to the ocean, you have to use a public access which is a little walk. We had chairs and other belongings...

"The property was just as advertised. Very comfortable. Updated has been done to kitchen and baths. Great Views. The only thing negative is an extra roll of toilet paper would have been nice has to go out and buy some on the first night. Night lights in the bathrooms would have also been nice. But all in all, a great house with all of your needs met. Sliding glass door did not lock."

"We truly enjoyed the house! We found everything we needed. All of the furniture was clean and comfortable. The backyard was perfect for our dog. It was a short walk to the beach. We also loved the cart and chairs. The view from the deck was incredible. I would highly recommend this house!"

"Unit well stocked for our needs. Clean, comfy beds, quality furnishings. I do wish master bath had a safety bar in it or grippers on the floor. Loved having the elevator. The security alarm system, in a locked closet on master floor, faulted and started beeping every 10 seconds at 3 am which ruined my sleep that night. The rental company had someone there by 9 am to remedy this. Otherwise, we loved it."

"The Villa is beautiful, fabulous restaurant, sparkling pools, steps from the beach, peaceful... I could go on. But this rental company is the WORST. When I first booked they approved my trip, then a week later responded that I would need to vacate the day after arrival because the owner wanted it for that same time. I was able to reschedule for a different date 2 weeks earlier. They did not send me check in information at all, I had to call the day of arrival and they wouldn't answer the phone...

"The house has nice space and layout, and the view of the sound from the decks is pretty. But…first thing Sunday morning we discovered the microwave in the house doesn’t work. I called and messaged Vacasa immediately and multiple times all during the week about the non-working microwave. (My vacation time was wasted attempting to get a working appliance.) The half bath that’s adjacent to the kitchen has black mold on the walls and ceiling. There are some other areas that also have some mold...
