“Brand new facility in excellent condition. They were not prepared to check us in on time, and we had to wait close to 1.5 hours past check-in as the room was not ready. This caused a delay in our travel plans. We did not get any housekeeping services any of the days we were there, despite specifically requesting them on two of the days. Had to seek out staff to get our own towels each day. Despite being told that management would follow up with us following some of our concerns, we never……

The area could use an upgrade! Looks old. Other then that, i was grateful that they even had a hot tub its……

“The room smelled like a dog and the floor’s were filthy, it was water leaking from the ceiling. The lady at the front desk was nice when we got there on Thursday, but the other two from Friday through Sunday wasn’t very pleasant. They really need to upgrade the stay wasn’t good at all.”

“The staff was nice with the exception of one blond headed lady who was having a bad day. We all have them from time to time. The unit was clean and worth the stay. Not a lot of loud noises. My only complaint is the breakfast. It was the same everyday and I stayed for three nights. They do not have a waffle iron or foods like grits, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, toast or decent pastries. They had blue berry cupcakes and a creme bre'lle danishes as the only two choices. There is no swimming pool.……

“I would never stay at this Sleep Inn again. We booked a jacuzzi room expecting a relaxing stay, but it turned into a complete disappointment. When we got to the room, the bed wasn’t even made properly. The biggest issue was the jacuzzi tub—it was broken and flooded our room. There was so much water that I’m sure it likely leaked into the room below us. We immediately notified the staff, but they made no effort to help clean up the situation or move us to another room.
