First time I had a self check in hotel. Nobody on site but available by phone. Friendly mgr..Bar and restaurant were closed but good breakfast restaurant next door. Rooms were small as this is an old hotel but renovated nicely

My son and daughter-in-law and their child stayed in the room and there was a leak from the air conditioner that made the carpet extremely wet. They told the staff at the front desk a number of times but nothing was ever done. They stayed for a week and avoided the wet area.
