A localização é boa, a estrutura é nova. Há boa vontade da maior parte dos funcionários. Tive problemas com a água quente, pq o disjuntor estava desligado. No quarto que fiquei a porta do banheiro não trancava e estava empenada. A cama de casal estava quebrada(mas como não tinha como nos trocar de quarto pq a água quente não funcionava, não ia ter como trocar pela cama tbm). A mesa estava danificada, pois acho que o aviso de não secar roupas nos móveis chegou tarde. Café da manhã simples, mas bom(sucos,frutas, frios, pães, cuscuz,tapioca, omeletes) faltou geleia, adoraria que houvesse geleias de frutas nativas da região. O primeiro enxoval de banho estava parecendo uma lixa, não reclamamos pois acreditou que haveria troca no dia seguinte inclusive pq foi perguntando se deveriam trocar(avisamos a sim, mas não ocorreu. No posterior tbm não, mas fui lá pedir e fui prontamente atendido. Havia lido sobre o cheiro de esgoto, mas não é em determinado hotel e sim em toda a cidade q não tem saneamento. Acho q a pousada se esforça pra não só se manter, como melhorar. Nao passei pra eles esses problemas pontuais(fora o chuveiro e as toalhas não trocadas)
