Clean hotel , Amazing staff , the only negative point is breakfast starts at 8:30 am . Otherwise everything is fine .

Good place to stay and overall service was good. Food review: Buffet. it seems they have reduced food options at the buffet. A few years ago, the food was different every single day which was awesome. Now recently, the exact same food options for the whole week I was there which got pretty old fast. Brazilian steakhouse was really good change. The previous restaurant that was there was not good a few years ago so this was a nice change. Sushi spot was great. Pool review: The jacuzzi did not have any hot water running so was pretty upsetting. Room review: Nice and clean rooms, ac working good. The downside is they didn’t have the fridges stocked up with drinks. Seemed I always had to keep asking for them to stock up. Bring back water bottles or improvise water filtration machines because the water taste was very bad. Main lobby bar: Consider having the bar open later until 2 am like all other bars at riu hotels and have a good dj come play so good music. There’s not much of a party scene at this resort even though it has potential . Overall good place to stay and would recommend anyone try this place if you’re looking for a calmer resort with not much of a party scene. This is a good family friendly resort.

It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.
