Great views of the gulf. WiFi and heated pool. This beautiful 2 bedroom condo has brand new furnishings as of Sept. 2020 and was completely renovated in January of 2019, offering the perfect coastal environment for guests. It is located directly on the beach. This 1145 sq. ft.condo is on the 17th floor and offers one of the most remarkable, uninterrupted views of the Gulf of Mexico that Marco Island has to offer. From the balcony you also view the heated pool and beautiful grounds of South Seas Club. In addition, from the entrance door you view picturesque Marco Island. South Seas Club is a secure 55 acre gated community with tennis, bocce and pickleball courts, walking paths, corn hole, shuffle board, a putting green and numerous boat slips. South Seas has a heated swimming pool as well as a fitness center. There is a $100 per car parking fee (regardless of trip duration) that is paid directly to the condo association upon arrival. This newly furnished condo offers a master bedroom with a king bed, mounted smart tv, closet and plenty of drawer space. Guests have access to the 25 foot balcony from the master bedroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed as well as twin bunk beds, comfortably sleeping 4\. Again, there is a closet as well as a dresser for storing your personal belongs. A smart tv is mounted in this room as well. The second bedroom does not have access to the balcony, providing peace of mind for those traveling with children. Each bedroom has a full bathroom. Towels and linens are provided. Bathrooms are supplied with liquid hand soap, a small bar of soap for the shower and one roll of toilet paper. The living room is elegantly decorated with new furniture as well as a new mounted smart tv. The kitchen has an open view of the dining and living room. It is equipped with basic cookware, dinnerware, blender, crockpot, traditional coffee pot, and a Keurig coffee maker. The new kitchen table seats four and there are two stools at the counter-height bar. From the living room guests have access to the 25 foot balcony through sliding doors. Have your camera ready for the amazing sunset views over the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! Laundry facilities are available on each floor of the condominium building, next to the elevator doors. The machines operate with use of a Smart Card, available at check-in. Funds can be added to the card with cash. (Wash- $1.50 Dry- $0.50) All rooms have wireless internet access. A google mesh system ensures good wifi throughout the unit. No pets are allowed in the South Seas community. There is no smoking or vaping allowed on balconies or any common areas. (Grill Area Only) A high chair and pack-n-play crib are available for those traveling with small children. The beach is accessed directly from the pool area. There is a 10-15 minute walk to reach the water. A beach cart, umbrella, cooler, beach chairs and beach towels are provided. As the photos indicate, you can walk to the north and enjoy Sand Dollar Spit or Tigertail Beach. A walk to the south will take you directly to the expansive beautiful beach area. Marco Island is a warm, family-oriented community that you will enjoy any time of year. It has something for everyone. It is packed with great amenities and things to do. It has beautiful white sand beaches, great water sports, shopping and over 90 restaurants and bars. PLEASE NOTE: Our unit is newly renovated (2019) and fully operational. Other owners may have work performed on their units during normal business hours, mainly from April to December, but during other months when needed. The place is perfect, the 17th floor views are amazing, the condo is VERY nice. We loved it from the second we walked in, it’s just so relaxing. The layout is perfect…the bedrooms and bathroom are exactly what you need on vacation. You can tell they spared no expense with the updates. The gym and pool are a nice touch to the condo. The beach gear is everything you need 4 chairs, new tent and umbrella and a solid beach cart with air pump. Listen this place is fully updated, ownership is very helpful and the location is great. The views in the morning and at sunset will take all your stress away. This was probably the best experience we have ever had in terms of location and the condo itself when staying in FL. The host was super responsive, the condo was extremely clean and well stocked. Amazing views from the balcony, felt like home and we didn’t want to leave. This was not our first stay in that location but we’ll definitely be back again and hopefully book the same condo. Another plus was the heated pool and quiet and relaxing surroundings. It was exactly as the pictures show and was everything we needed and more. It was SUPER clean, spacious, comfortable and loved all the updates. The kitchen was fully equipped and a good size. The views from the balconies and kitchen were beautiful. Everything you could need for the beach they provided. The beach and pool were great. We were there during a heat wave so it was extremely hot. Be mindful there is quite a walk to the beach so that was the only difficult thing walking with all of our gear (thankfully they provide an awesome beach cart!) and two young kids. Also \*wear water shoes\* as there are lots of broken shells near the water. Jim and Amy were excellent at communicating and everything was seamless. So far this was the best experience. The communication with the owners was easy, both the check in and check out process super easy. The place is beautiful and feels like home. I am a neat freak and the place is supper clean and tidy! It feels very safe to spend quality time with kids. During our stay we saw a lot of dolphins and a couple of manatees from the beach. It has amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico and Marco Island. Very beautiful view and condo. We've stayed in Marco Island many times and this was by far one of the nicest places we've stayed. Plenty of things to do and so much fun! The views in this condo are unmatched, and we enjoyed being spoiled with them all week long. What a treat to look out at the water over a bowl of cereal and a coffee. Our older son brought his binoculars and had a blast looking out at the beach and all the beachgoers! The condo itself was perfection- lovely decor, well equipped kitchen, and comfy beds. We had two small kids with us, and I never worried about them breaking something, which is typically not the case when we rent. The condo was spacious enough for our family of four and we never felt like we were on top of each other. Having two bathrooms was great and our boys enjoyed the bunk beds! I found the tvs super easy to use and loved being able to sign in to Netflix so my husband and I could watch shows at night we never get around to during our busy lives at home. The beach gear, towels, toys and wagon made trips to the beach so comfortable and enjoyable. Every amenity has been thoughtfully considered and we felt like our visit was as pleasurable as it could possibly be when you are traveling with little ones. The unit was in a prime location with perfect amenities. The views of the ocean were spectacular! We especially liked having all the beach supplies for use! We chose to use The Wave to ride on the island instead of always driving and found it to be quite convenient. The owners were great communicators, both ahead of time and whenever we had questions. It was everything and more than we expected it to be. It’s beautiful. Nicely furnished, plenty of supplies and incredibly neat and clean. The South Seas is a beautiful and well maintained property. From the ocean view to the arrival process, everything was perfect! The condo is beautifully renovated, clean and had everything we needed. I’ve rented many condos on Marco and this was the only one that had a pack and play and a high chair for the baby. It was beyond helpful! We enjoyed our morning coffee overlooking the ocean and then headed to the pool or beach for the day. The pool was so warm in January. And everyone around the condo is so friendly. The kitchen had all the supplies needed to make meals. And there are several excellent restaurants within walking distance as well. The owners, Jim and Amy were so thorough with the instructions for the arrival process. The location is ideal with a short walk to the beach and beautiful views especially for sunset. The unit was stocked with everything we needed. We had a couple of very minor issues but Jim was immediately responsive and they were resolved in just minutes. The master bed was super comfortable and all sheets, towels, etc. were of good quality. We took advantage of the excellent tennis and pickleball facility right across the street from our condo. We also used the fitness center which is not big but perfectly fine for us. The place is in walking distance of a popular breakfast spot and a few other restaurants. Other places were just a short drive. Jim set us up with some very good recommendations. We loved walking on the beach - it is a good 2 football fields wide or more. Recommend shoes down by the ocean as there are lots of shells. We walked barefoot as well but just have to be more careful. The pool is nice and was not overcrowded. It is heated so fine to swim even on a bit cooler day. We would have liked a hot tub as well but not a huge deal.
