It is located on the south end of the island at 881 Panama Court. This property is within walking distance to beach access and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This condominium is meticulously maintained. Built in 1978 the community has 16 unit. This property has been extensively updated. This unit features 1 master bedroom with a king size bed, walk-in Californina closet, and an adjoining full bathroom, in addition bedroom 2 comes with a queen bed and a pull-out sofa bed. There is a private screened in porch with a view of the dock and waterfront. A full laundry is available in this unit.
