"Nice place "

"No staff help. Had to find staff to check in after waiting in lobby for 30 minutes. Got a text for check in said if need help text that number. I did for 2 more blankets. After 30 minutes of no response i went to office. Nobody there. After 3 hours finally found someone. Went to checkout again no one around "

"We decided to do a one night stay on a spur of the moment because it was my husband's birthday we know they have a lovely indoor pool and spa. What we failed to realize is that the 24 hour access to the pool/spa is for all ages; I've never stayed somewhere that didn't have an adults only time for the pool/spa area. With it being a Saturday night, there were so many kids and teenagers (close to 24 I counted) that were in the pool/spa area from when we got back from dinner around 6 pm all the way through midnight. We kept coming down every hour from our room to see if the kids/teenagers had disbursed, but they were are still there. With it being an indoor area, it was so loud with all the splashing and giggling and screaming. The spa has a capacity of 4 persons, so we thought we'd just deal with the noise, but every time we tried to go down to use it, there were kids or their parents in the spa. When I asked the front desk about the amount of families down there and how long they had been in there, I was told it was a group celebrating a kids birthday and there was nothing they could do because kids are allowed at all hours if their parents are present. We finally gave up and decided just go to bed around 11:30 pm and try again in the morning. Thus, we got up around 6:45 am after a night of little sleep and decided to go down to the pool/spa and try again. We were in the spa for less then 20 minutes and a family came in with little kids and a teenager. We sighed and left. "
