"Breakfast was good, room was spacious, beds were comfy, the staff service was bad, they didnt clean the room, even after i talked with the cleaning staff, they wouldnt bring fresh towels, made us get them. There was loose dog food on the floor of the closet in our room. The property was badly in need of a renovation, no outlets in the room for charging electronic devices, etc. the price was decent but reflected the service and the property. "

"Check in was awful. We were exhausted from driving up to volunteer and despite my husband going to check us in and mentioning the dog, and booking with dog, we still had to put everything down and go through process that should have been thought of, had the person been paying any attention to us at all. He did offer that we could go get settled in and come back but we were too exhausted. It was quiet and the location was good for walking. It was clean except in front of elevators where my dg definitely wanted to (but did not) pee where clearly and visibly many others had. "
