"The games was a big hit with the grandkids, loved the warm pool in April and the hot tub! The staff member that drove the courtesy van was wonderful!! Greatly appreciated his help. Was not happy the elevator was closed and I had to stay on the 2nd floor with just had knee replacement because I booked thru Expedia they could not accommodate moving me to the First floor. That was very disappointing!!! "

"The shuttle was ready and waiting when I arrived at the airport. Initially, I was given an adjoining room, which did not have a lock on the adjoining door. As a solo traveler, I requested to switch rooms. Shanice was wonderful and switched it for me. The gym was clean with a nice, cable machine and new dumbbells going up to 65lbs. The rooftop offered a great view. The hot tub was nice and at a good comfortable temp. Walking distance to everything in downtown, train station, and a nice walk to City Beach. Was a great stay. "
