Nice location,takes tram no.2 to messeplaza.hotel is about 3 mins walk. The room is a little bit small for three,but it is a good hotel. Most important of all,the staff are friendly and glad to help.

Das Hotel hat eine Toplage und ist den 5 Sternen würdig. Alles war hier überzeugend. Freundliches und auch kompetentes Personal, ausgezeichnet eingerichtete Zimmer und ein perfektes Frühstücksbuffet mit angenehmer Bedienung. Sehr geschätzt haben wir auch die Ruhe im Zimmer. Das heisst, dass der Schlafkomfort 1A war. Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut und wir werden sehr gerne wieder kommen.

This is not a family friendly hotel unfortunately. We booked it through hotels.com where it was noted as being kid friendly with access to an outdoor pool. Upon arriving after hours in a hot car, we were told our daughter who is 7 couldn’t come to the pool as it was age restricted to 12. The breakfast was very limited and expensive. Gym has good equipment but was very small. Room was big, but we paid quite a fair amount for it, so it was to be expected.
